We hope you’re happy with your B&M purchase, if you decide it isn’t right for you, you can return or items within 30 days of purchase.
Please note, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact)
- Have proof of purchase such as a receipt. Without proof of purchase, a credit or debit card statement will qualify as proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, you are entitled to a credit note or exchanged based on current selling price. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Exclusions from B&M’s returns and refund policy
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they arrive damaged or faulty:
- Perishable goods that contain food or drink items
- Live plants
For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are returned sealed and unopened in their original packaging:
- Mattress toppers
- Mattress and bedding protectors
- Duvets and duvet covers
- Pillows and pillowcases
- Throws and blankets
- Toilet seats
Your statutory rights are not affected.
